INGREDIENTS AND SAFETY
Our slime is made in the United States in small batches to ensure quality. We take great pride in the quality of our product and make sure it’s as safe as possible. Slime is normally recommended for ages 6 and up as it can be a hazard if eaten.
Children under 12 should always have a parent present when playing with it.
Ingredients include; non toxic glue, borax, clay, food coloring, scented oils, and small parts in the form of topping additions. 
Slime is made from glue and borax+water mixture called Activation Spray.
Borax is a natural mineral which is used in household cleaning. It is safe for skin contact. It may cause a mild skin irritation from its high alkalinity.
Ingesting slime or Activation Spray is hazardous, hence, our age recommendation above. If ingested, seek medical attention.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping option.

At Design Your Slime, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that buying slime online can sometimes be tricky, so we have created the following policies to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SlimeWorks. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package. Due to the sensitive nature of slime, we accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. Item must be returned to receive refund. Return shipping label will be provided from SlimeWorks. Once item is received, refund will be processed.

 PRODUCT QUALITY

We take great care to ensure that all of our slime products are of the highest quality. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
