How to Care for Your Slime

Get ready to experience the fascinating world of slime! With its amazing properties, slime can be picked up and molded like a solid, yet also flows and oozes through your fingers like a liquid.
Understanding slime is essential to fully enjoying its exceptional properties. When handling slime, pulling it apart slowly lets it flow effortlessly, while rapid movements can cause it to break apart. By playing around with the pace of your motions, you can produce various textures and shapes in your slime, and experience the delightful and imaginative process of engaging with this captivating substance.
HOW IT'S MADE AND THE USE OF ACTIVATOR
To make slime, activator is used to initiate a chemical reaction between the glue and other ingredients, resulting in a new substance. The most commonly used activator is borax, which creates hydrogen bonds that link the molecules together to create slime. However, with time, the glue in the slime will begin to melt back down to its original state, causing it to become sticky to the touch. To prevent this, it's important to have activator on hand. Even the slightest bit of stickiness can be unpleasant, but a simple spray of activator will make the slime touchable again. If your slime becomes too hard or rubbery, it means it has been over-activated. In that case, leave it in its container for a few days to let it soften again. Be sure to add our Activator Solution to your purchase so that you always have a reliable solution for sticky slime. This solution works with all borax-activated slimes, so you can enjoy your slime worry-free.
START WITH CLEAN HANDS
To enhance your slime experience, we highly suggest washing your hands before and after playing with slime to avoid stickiness caused by dirt and dryness, which can make it difficult to play with. Additionally, to prevent excessive stickiness, moisturizing your hands before slime play is recommended. Also, please note that clear slime may become cloudy over time due to natural oils from our skin.
  DON'T CRY OVER SPILLED SLIME!
To get accidents out of fabric or carpet, first peel off as much loose slime as you can. Then, mix half warm water, half distilled vinegar and scrub. Comes right out!
